Built different. Mostly on purpose.
KL University — somewhere between hackathon nights, opened consoles, and campus debates. This page is the trail of what happened along the way.
Proof board
Wins and certificates.
Where it started — hackathons, IEEE, campus events.
IEEE Sensors · Top win
$200 award
3D smartphone sensor animation — accelerometer, gyro, IR blaster, camera, mic, fingerprint. The headline act.
Vibe-AI-Thon
Solo hackathon win
Three products in 24 hours. Solo. Sleep optional.
Technical Event
1st prize IoT prototype
Smell sensor for railway washrooms → auto air freshener.
Hackathon
Team win
Second hackathon win — microplastic detection, team edition.
Speaking & debate
Yes, engineers can speak in full sentences.
Debates, anchoring, campus talks.
Campus debate
1st prize in campus debate
The video captures my argument, delivery, and the prize announcement. Not to flex the file size — to show how I think, speak, and reason when the room is watching.

Systems I actually shipped.
If I had to click it twice, I probably tried to automate it. Podcast workflows, campus tools, AI experiments — working prototypes, not slide decks.
Podcast Engine — VoiceMeeter audio automation
Python-driven VoiceMeeter Banana workflow so host and guest mics stop fighting mid-episode — gain riding, soft limiting, gating, noise-floor awareness, and reconnect logic when someone hot-plugs a mic.
- Shipped: end-to-end Python control layer over VoiceMeeter Banana APIs
- Result: stable two-mic podcast sessions without manual gain babysitting
- Stack: Python · VoiceMeeter Banana · Windows audio routing
Automated OBS scene switching for podcasts
OBS Advanced Scene Switcher macros that flip camera scenes based on who is actually talking — so nobody has to awkwardly reach for the switcher mid-sentence.
- Shipped: scene-switch macros tied to active speaker detection
- Result: hands-free camera cuts during live podcast recordings
- Stack: OBS · Advanced Scene Switcher · podcast workflow integration
Performance Evaluation of DNN Embedding-based Speaker Identification
Research paper I co-authored under faculty guidance — evaluating a deep neural network speaker identification system. Selected at the IC4S conference.
Read research paperFull-stack app — auth, MongoDB, solo hackathon
Auth flows, MongoDB persistence, and a working campus tool — built alone during Vibe-AI-Thon and shipped before the deadline.
View repoYouTube chapters generator
Parses transcripts and timestamps to draft YouTube chapter markers — cuts the manual scrub-and-type loop for long uploads.
View repoAI Interview Coach — Articulotor
Real-time voice interview drills with feedback on pacing and clarity — built to practice speaking under pressure, not just read answers off a screen.
View repoGodot/KiCad MCP + Memory Palace
MCP servers that let agents drive Godot and KiCad workflows — plus a memory-palace pattern for longer multi-step build sessions.
View on GitHubHardware hobbies
I do this for fun — opening things and fixing them.
Not client work. No warranty was harmed in the making of these fixes. (Mine was already void.)
PS4 disc-drive repair & thermal cleanup
My PS4 stopped reading discs entirely. Local repair shops quoted ₹5,000 for a fix I wasn't convinced I needed to outsource.
Instead I ordered a Torx screwdriver set from Amazon, watched teardown guides, opened the console myself, fixed the stuck eject mechanism, cleaned a decade of dust from the fan path, replaced thermal paste, and put it back together — running again for the cost of one screwdriver.
Laptop LCD swap, deep clean & RAM upgrade
I had an old laptop lying around. My current one developed two black holes on the LCD — dead pixels eating the screen.
Instead of paying for a new panel, I pulled the working LCD from the old machine, grabbed my screwdrivers, and opened the laptop myself. Watched teardown tutorials, cleaned out the dust, applied fresh thermal paste, swapped the screen, upgraded the RAM, and ended up with a faster machine — all DIY.
